摘 要
    今天，现代化科学技术的高速发展，计算机已经渗透到各个领域、各个行业微机不仅进入了学校，还来到了家庭，计算机网络把全球连接成一个数字世界。
    少数民族语言是少数民族的重要交际工具。各民族在不同的历史时期演义着各自灿烂的文化，以此孕育了用古文字记载的浩瀚的历史史料和文献资料。而如今古文字仍然有着重要的使用价值和独特的艺术风格，使其在信息化时代的今天进入了越来越多的专家、学者们的研究领域。
    开发少数民族语言文字的基础资源与实用的信息处理技术，研究少数民族语言文字的信息化，不仅仅是自然语言处理领域急需要的科学问题，也是关系到我国民族文化兴衰，促进各民族共同繁荣与发展等重要的社会问题。所以近年来国家对少数民族语言文字信息化建设重视和支持，各少数民族语言文字信息化发展蓬勃，新一轮信息化发展高潮已经到来。
    彝族是中华民族大家庭中人口较多的一员，分布在四川、云南、贵州、广西四省区，人口大约700多万。彝族历史悠久其文字也古老。
    本论文就windows操作系统中进行基于四川方言的古彝文字字库设计和信息处理涉及到的原理及若干问题进行详细深入地研究，运用现有的中文信息处理和规范彝文信息处理的研究成果及应用成果，借鉴中文信息处理和规范彝文信息处理的研究开发经验，研究他们之间在新的环境下出现的新问题，实现了古彝文信息处理，并在最后设计出了古彝文信息处理系统软件，实现了古彝文的文字处理、图象处理、多媒体应用等功能，还实现了古彝文信息处理对英文、汉文、规范彝文等多文种信息处理的兼容。

    Today, the modernization science and technology high speeddevelopment, the computer already seeped to each domain, eachprofession microcomputer not only entered the school, but also arrivedthe family, the computer network has connected the wole world adigital world.
    The national minority language is national minority’s important humanrelations tool. Various nationalities in the different historicalperiod historical novel each one bright culture, to this have beenbreeding the vast historical historical data and the literaturematerial wich records with the ancient writing. But the present ancient writing still has the important use value andthe unique artistic style, caused it to enter more and more manyexperts, the scholars research area in information time today.
    Develops the national minority language and writing the foundationresources and the practical information processing technology, theresearch national minority language and writing information, Not merely is the natural language processing domain anxious needscientific question, also relates our country national cultureprosperity and decline, promotes various national common prosperityand the development and so on the important social question. Therefore the recent years country took the national minority languageand writing information construction and supports, each nationalminority language and writing information development was vigorous,the recent turn of information development high tide already arrived.
    The Yi nationality is in our country great family of nationalitiespopulation more, distributes in Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangxi fourprovincial capital areas, the population about more than 7 million. The Yi nationality history glorious its writing is also ancient.
The present paper carries on the principle and certain questions onthe windows operating system in wich involves based on the Sichuandialect ancient Yi writing fonts design and the information processingcarries on in detail thoroughly studies, Utilizes the existing Chinese information processing and the standardYi language information processing research results and theapplication achievement, the model Chinese information processing andthe standard Yi language information processing research developmentexperience, Studies between them the new question wich appears under the newenvironment, Has realized the ancient Yi language information processing, andfinally was designing ancient Yi language information managementsystem software, Has realized the ancient Yi language information processing, andfinally was designing ancient Yi language information managementsystem software, Has realized ancient function and so on Yi language’s languageprocessing, imagery processing, multimedia application, but also hasrealized the ancient Yi language information processing to English,the Chinese written language, standard Yi language and so on themulti-language information processing compatibility.
