贵州传统彝文系统的设计
摘 要
我国是一个多民族国家，自古以来，各民族在不同的历史时期形成了丰富多彩的各种少数民族传统文字及大量的文献资料。传统文字在很多研究领域所具有的重要价值和其独特的艺术风格，使其在当今科学技术高度发达的社会中仍然焕发着青春，发挥着巨大的作用。随着信息处理技术以及古籍整理现代化的不断深入，传统的文字数字化信息处理也在不断扩大研究领域。
随着国家加快西部开发步伐和西部少数民族地区信息化的发展的需要，研制开发少数民族传统文字信息处理系统，对于开发少数民族古籍文献，促进少数民族地区信息化的建设，宏扬优秀的少数民族文化等方面有非常重要的意义。
彝族大约有人口770多万，是西南人口最多的少数民族。其中有一部分分布于贵州省，贵州传统彝文也是我国非常古老的文字。
本文以颠、川、黔、桂《彝文字典》中的贵州传统彝文为蓝本：首先建立符合ISO/IEC10646/Unicode BMP 编码设计的贵州传统彝文字库（共17501个贵州传统彝文字符），再通过综合分析，找出贵州传统彝文字的笔画进行编码，采取组合方式组成部分字库，再对一些没有通用笔画的贵州传统彝文进行编码，然后提出贵州传统彝文的输入编码方案、贵州传统彝文输入法算法选择及设计方案，最后完成贵州传统彝文输入法及系统设计，完成了贵州传统彝文文字的输入、显示和打印，实现了贵州传统彝文的文字处理、电子表格、演示文档、图象设计、多媒体应用等功能，并实现了贵州传统彝文信息处理对汉字、英文、规范彝文等多种信息处理的兼容。
本文还就Windows操作系统中进行贵州传统彝文信息处理涉及到的原理及若干问题进行详细深入地研究，运用现有对中文信息处理和规范彝文信息处理的研究成果及应用成果，借鉴中文信息处理和规范彝文信息处理的经验，研究它们在新环境新情况下出现的新问题，实现了贵州传统彝文信息处理。

Abstract
Our country is a multi-nationality country,since ancient times,various nationalities formed various kinds of rich and colorful ancient characters and a large number of documents of ethnic minority in different historical periods.Important value and its unique artistic style that eh ancient writing has in a lot of research field research institues,make it still radiate the vigour of youth in highly developed society of nowadays science and technology,playing an enormous role.Handling along with the information processing and ancient works sorting modernize continuously thorough,ancient characters digitized information processing also is expanding the research field constantly.
Needing of development of quichenning the steps of developing in the west with the country and western minority area informationzation,developing the ancient characters information process system of ethnic minority,developing ancient book documents of ethnic minority,promoting the construction of the informationization of minority area,carrying forward fo outstanding national cuiture etc.,aspect,all have important realistic meanings.
In this thesis,on carring on the principle involved in ancient Yi charaters information processing and several problems to study detailedly deeply in Windows operating system,use existingly to Chinese information processing and standardize the research results of Yi characters information processing and apply the achievement ,use Chinese information processing and research and development experience of standardizing Yi characters information processing for reference,study the new problem appearing in new and environmental cases between them,has realized ancient Yi characters information processing,and design the practical ancient Yi characters word processor system at eh end,function of realizing ancient Yi characters word processing,pattern process,multimedia and using etc.,and has realized that ancient Yi characters information processing is to compatibility of characters kinds of information processing much,such as Chinese,English,standardizing Yi characters,ancient Yi characters,etc..
