摘 要
    凉山彝族习惯法是凉山彝族对长期以来生产、生活中的经验和教训进行总结、汲取，并世代相传、自觉遵循的结果。它是调节凉山彝族社会公共行为的行为规范，在凉山彝族传统社会思想意识中居于特殊的地位，是凉山彝族文化的重要组成部分。其内容丰富多彩，可谓包罗万象，自成一体，涉及凉山彝族社会生活的各个方面。它的存在和施行以根深蒂固的民族文化心理、价值观念和宗教信仰等为后盾，因而具有相对的稳定性。它的形成和发展与凉山彝族这一特定的民族历史文化相伴随，进而自塑其性，形成了与其他民族习惯法相区别的独具特色的习惯法。
    有关凉山彝族习惯法的研究中，有的仅仅处于对资料的收集、整理、分类等现象与事实的总结阶段；有的虽然对其作了较为系统的介绍和研究，但多是在法学视野下，对一些是非瓜葛、争执冤屈和麻烦事进行简单清理和法律分析。因而，前人的研究对千百年来凉山彝族关于实践经验的总结和世界观的反映的习惯法这一文化事象背后所蕴藏的深层民族文化内核，却很少触及。
    本论文在民族学的视野下，应用发生学、人类学、社会学等学科的理论和方法，把其放回具体的历史语境下，对其作历史与现实的比较，从而揭示其背后的伦理观念、思维模式、价值取向等隐忍性的民族文化因子。所以，论文的分章上是按照凉山彝族人对自己习惯法本来的看法和凉山彝族习惯法本身的内容及各内容在其中所占的主次地位，依次分为家支习惯法、等级习惯法、原始习惯法来论之。论文试图对其作一全新的梳理、分类和阐释，为凉山彝区的民族文化资源转化为民族文化资本和构建凉山彝区的和谐社会提供一点笨拙的参考资料。

Abstract :
    Customary law of Liangshan Yi Nationality as an important component of Yi culture, belong to conclusion of experience and lessons of Yi people to their production and daily life. Customary law of Liangshan Yi Nationality can be used to adjust conduct rule of Liangshan Yi Nationality, as well as occupy a special position in social ideology consciousness of Liangshan Yi Nationality tradition. It has rich contents wich include every aspects of Yi Nationality life and its exist and excort bases on Nationality culture, view of value and religion belief. That’s wy it obtains relative stability. What’s more, its form and development is accompanyed by some certain national history culture of Liangshan Yi Nationality and formed a special customary law wich is quite different with other national customary laws .
    Researches about customary law of Liangshan Yi Nationality, to some extent, have deficient, for example, some are only conclusion of related materials; some are introduce and studies of materials, but most of them is established in view of law to trouble matters. Therefore, researches before are lack of analysis to national culture of Liangshan Yi Nationality.
    In view of ethnology, this paper adopts theories and methodes of embryology, anthonology and sociology, at the same time, puts it into the context of history, as well as encloses factors of national culture. The paper includes three parts: opinions of Yi people to their customry law; contents of customary law of Liangshan Yi Nationality and their statues, moreover, datails will be followed in the text. The aim of author is to offer some references to transfer national culture resources of Yi Nationalit into capital of national culture as well as establish Yi harmonious society.
